We are two female climbing instructors who decided to start Climb Move Run to encourage people into the outdoors and to share our love of adventure. Since meeting 15 years ago, while training for an adventure race, our love of the outdoors has linked us, despite moving country and several life changes.
We are two psyched and confident women who love being outside, be it climbing, running or exploring. We loving helping everyone (women and men ) get outside to enjoy the outdoors, particularly in our local Peak District. We have over 40 years of climbing experience between us and several adventure races and mountain marathons.
Our dream is to help others move confidently in the outdoor environment and have life enriching experiences. We would love to see more women climbing and more women trail running with confidence.

Whether you are an experienced climber or runner who wants to upgrade their skills or a complete beginner wishing to explore something new, we have the skills and expertise to provide an experience for you.
As experienced female climbing coaches, teachers and trainers we can tailor our courses to suit your needs and ability. Between us, we have bouldered up to 7C, redpointed sport 8a+ and trad E5 as well as having experienced a huge variety of climbing styles and disciplines around the world.
