Improve your Outdoor Movement

Half Day £100 pp

This bespoke workshop focuses on your general movement skills in an outdoor context, whether it be running, scrambling, walking or climbing. Perhaps you want to improve your ability to walk off road and over complex terrain, or maybe you feel your scrambling skills are lacking? We can work with you to improve your general movement skills in the outdoor environment through a structured coaching approach. We will also make recommendations for future practices and challenges that should enable you to make continuous improvements.

 

Outdoor Cross Training

Half Day £100 pp

Do you want to take your workouts into the outdoor environment but don’t know where or how to begin? Exercising in nature and green spaces has been widely recognised as being beneficial to our health and wellbeing and more people than ever are taking their exercise routines into the great outdoors. This half day workshop will introduce you to different and creative ways of exercising in outdoor spaces, whatever you background and experience, we can create something for you.
