I am really glad I chose Becca to be my instructor in teaching me to rope climb. She is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable - that made me feel confident, even though I was completely out of my comfort zone. She was patient with me and I would recommend her to anyone wanting to learn.

With Becca’s help I have successfully adapted my approach to harder ‘project’ routes and learned new techniques and tactics. With her help I managed to redpoint my first 7c and even flash 7b. Becca was really good at motivating me while staying mindful of my varying energy levels due to long-Covid.

Becca is multi-talented, as both a running and climbing coach. She listens and understands your motivations (or lack of them!) then finds ways to encourage you to reach your goals.

Becca offered a very personal service by listening to what my climbing goals were and helping me work on my weaknesses. We worked on climbing movement and techniques at the climbing wall and i felt my climbing ability improved. Becca explained things well and the feedback she gave me was always constructive and encouraging.

Becca is clearly passionate about climbing and helping people improve. After my sessions, I felt more confident in my climbing and found it easier to improve on my own..

I’d highly recomend Becca’s coaching to anyone who wants to run better - her guidance helped me to improve my trail running confidence, technique and speed. she’s a natural coach, with a positive, patient and encouraging style. I was challenged at the right level. Running with her not only helped me improve , it was also great fun

I used to enjoy running at school but it wasn’t until after I had my daughter nearly 20 years later, that I got back into it. Becca was great, she motivated me to get up and out into the Peak District, even with a body that felt heavy and weak she was there.
The views, fresh air and exercise gave me loads of positive energy to tackle the day ahead. Since then Becca has shown me many great places to run, from local woodland to sandy trails in France. She has helped me run further than I realised I could.

I just wanted to thank you and Becca for an amazing afternoon. i had a great time, learnt loads and it has sparked my interest in trad climbing!!

The best day out on rock so far, even though the weather was wild, we did so much. I feel like this was the final step for me to become an independent climber.
My Journey with Nicki began when she taught me to tie a figure of eight knot and this eventually led to multipitch climbing in North Wales. Our sessions were clearly defined and progressive as we pushed both my physical and mental limits. There were reflective practices integrated into every aspect from instant support to detailed debriefs.

The Mindfulness course was a good mix of theory, practice and climbing. It has given me some good tools to apply to my climbing.

The midfulness course was a brilliant mix of practical and classroom.
Instant improvements seen during the course.
